🔑 Key Terms (Must-Read)

1. Returns Are Not Free: Returns are at your expense. We can collect from mainland UK from £30. Offshore locations (NI, IOW, Channel Islands) must arrange their own return at their cost.

2. Beds on Wooden Floors: Beds may shift on hard floors, potentially damaging central legs. Use non-slip pads or secure to the wall. This isn’t a product fault and isn’t covered under warranty.

3. Delivery Into Your Home: Drivers are only required to deliver to the doorstep. If invited inside, any damage caused is your responsibility. We cannot accept liability.

4. High Sleepers & Double Bunks: Some models may need wall attachment for stability. We provide brackets. This is standard for tall, top-heavy beds.

5. Cancel After Dispatch: If your goods have left us and you cancel, a 50% fee may apply to cover costs. Please accept delivery and return using our returns policy.

6. Delivery Times: Times are not guaranteed. Missed deliveries incur a £30 deduction from any refund (£50 offshore). Deliveries can start from 6:30am.

7. Property Damage: If a driver enters your home with permission, any property damage is your responsibility. Do not allow access unless you agree to this condition.

8. Product Finish: Pine is a natural wood – knots, slight bowing, or colour variations are not faults. Painted finishes may vary due to absorption. You may return if dissatisfied, but not as a fault.

9. Mattress Colour: Fabric colour may change due to supply changes. Structure and quality remain the same.

10. International Delivery: We only deliver to UK addresses. If you forward goods abroad, aftersales support is only available at the original UK delivery address.

11. Express Delivery: This is a separate non-refundable service fee and will not be refunded if the product is returned.

12. Offshore VAT & Tax: VAT will be charged and is reclaimable locally. We do not participate in zero-VAT schemes. You may be liable for local tax/customs to receive your goods.

🛠️ Warranty Details

Bed Frames: 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. Excludes general wear and tear or improper use.

Mattresses: Covered for defects in workmanship or materials. Sagging under 1.5” is not considered a fault.
