KEY FEATURE 1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  RETURNS POLICY      
We offer a FREE collection service on all unwanted goods within 30 days from the date of delivery. The items must be securely wrapped in  cardboard. Collection is not available under the following conditions:
 
  1. We are unable to accept "non faulty"mattresses that have been removed from their packaging for hygienic reasons.
  2. Any product that has been customized or painted in anyway.
  3. Goods under the value of £50 must be returned by customer
  4. We do not offer a free collection service from the following post codes: AB, FK19, FK20, FK21, all IV, PH, PA, KW post codes, KA27-28, TD15,
    all Isle of Wight post codes. All costs and arrangements for a return are the customers responsibility.
  5. Our FREE collection service is limited to the first 30 days, we reserve the right to charge for collection should your request be received
    30 days from the date of delivery.


    IMPORTANT: Our free collection service does not apply to purchases older than six months. If a return has been agreed after six months from the date of purchase than it is the buyer's responsibility to return the goods at their own cost.

KEY FEATURE 2.  beds located on a wooden floor can/will cause problems to the base. Most beds have centre legs, if the bed moves it will dislodge the centre leg, this will weaken the base. Damage caused under these circumstances are not a fault of the bed. You need to prevent the bed from moving, the best answer is to purchase non-slip pads and locate under the corner posts or attach to the wall. Sorry, we cannot accept liability for any damage caused under these circumstances. The fault is the location, not the product and is not covered by warranty.

KEY FEATURE 3. Our drivers are very helpful when completing deliveries, however they are only obliged to deliver to your doorstep. If you ask or allow the driver to bring the goods into your home you are accepting liability for any damaged caused to your property. We cannot accept any claim for damage under these circumstances. If you are unsure please only accept the goods to the doorstep.

KEY FEATURE 4. All our high sleepers and double bunk beds may need to be attached to the wall for stability reasons. These beds can be top heavy, to prevent the product swaying you may need to secure to a wall. We do provide corner brackets to facilitate this.
 

KEY FEATURE 5. The two day notice is not the essence of a contract, only a faster deliver service.We rely on a third party courier service with full intention of getting you the goods the next working day. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE service. So long as the delivery is completed the charge will apply.

KEY FEATURE 6. Delivery days, delivery timed windows and delivery methods are not the essence of our contract. We cannot be held responsible for any delays regarding this service.All delivery information is provided in good faith and subject to change.

KEY FEATURE 7. Our drivers are not responsible for any damaged caused to your property whilst in the completion of your delivery. We are unable to accept claims for damage or loss. IMPORTANT: By accepting delivery on your premises you are accepting this condition, if you do not agree then please arrange to collect the goods from our driver on at your boundary. Do not allow our driver access to your property. If access is allowed this will be at your permission and on the basis you accept full responsibility should any damage be caused.

KEY FEATURE 8. Our collection service is free with the exception of areas located within our three day delivery service. All collections will be booked in advance.
It is the buyers responsibility to secure wrap the goods in cardboard prior to the arrival of our driver. If the goods are not wrapped our driver will refuse collection.
We reserve the right to make a charge of £25 for a second attempt at collection.

KEY FEATURE 9. We reserve the right to change or amend the color of our mattresses. This does not affect the structure or warranty of the product.
To keep manufacturing costs down we may change the batch of the material. All spring units, fillings or memory foam layers will remain the same.

Bed Frame Warranties

All our products are manufactured to the highest quality, the vast majority in a hi-tech facility in the United Kingdom. As such, unlike most online furniture retailers, we are able to offer you a genuine warranty on all our products. A one year warranty is offered on all ranges. Please contact our sales or customer service team for further information on individual products. All products are warranted against manufacturing defects, except for all moving parts (mechanisms, castors, drawers) and seating upholstery which are subject to usage related wear and tear. Strictly Beds & Bunks Ltd reserves the right not to apply the warranty in cases of inappropriate use or when the product has been tampered with by a third party or interventions by non-authorized personnel.

Mattress Warranties

Normal wear is not covered under mattress warranties; only faulty workmanship / materials as defined by the manufacturer are covered. These defects are problems that can be objectively measured or observed, such as sagging depth. Problems not objectively measurable or clearly observable, such as excessive softening or loss of support, are not covered under warranty. It should be noted that despite the fact that back pain for many people may occur with less than 1.5 inches of sagging depth, warranties cover sagging only if it has a depth greater than 1.5 inches

Strictly Beds & Bunks Ltd has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, and where applicable. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Strictly Beds & Bunks Ltd shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

Payment

We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details.

Fraud checks may be conducted on our orders. This involves checks on details provided during the order process including the address details. This may involve your details being passed to a 3rd party fraud checking company. On occasion we may ask for additional information in order to process your order. We will conduct this process as quickly as possible however on occasion dispatch of goods may be delayed.

Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

All credit card transactions are taken in the UK and our transaction currency is in UK Pounds (£).

Delivery Times and Rates

Delivery may vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. Your delivery will be clearly indicated at checkout. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. Strictly Beds & Bunks Ltd shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. We recommend that you only make arrangements for trades people to carry out work on your behalf after your order has been delivered and checked for damage. If you are purchasing to replace your existing furniture we also recommend that you do not dispose of your existing furniture until your new goods have arrived and been checked for damage.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge your order. Please note that this e-mail is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Strictly Beds & Bunks Ltd. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

Changing or cancelling orders

In the first instance please email your change / cancelation details to help@strictlybedsandbunks.co.uk. If your order has not yet been dispatched then this will be possible FOC, however if you have received the order and you wish to change / cancel goods then please see our returns policy or cancelation policy

Missing items:

On delivery: Should an item be missed or appear not delivered then we request that you notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 24hrs of initial receipt of delivery.

On assembly: Should a part appear missing or damaged from an item you can order, free of charge from our after sales portal www.strictlyhelpdesk.co.uk  Dispatch is normally within 24 hours.

Under Warranty: first instance report the fault to us with a full description of alleged fault, we will then arrange an engineer to attend and either rectify the fault on site or advise on action needed to remedy. If the fault is deemed a manufactures fault and the item is under guarantee then we will replace the faulty item FOC.

Unwanted goods / wrongly ordered:
In the unlikely event you should want to return an item to us we are pleased to offer all customers our 30 Day No Quibble Refund. With our 30 Day No Quibble Refund you have 30 working days in which to decide to keep your ordered items or return them to us for a refund. IMPORTANT: Our free collection service does not apply to purchases older than six months. If a return has been agreed after six months from the date of purchase than it is the buyer's responsibility to return the goods at their own cost.

For reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange opened mattresses or mattress toppers unless they are faulty.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNLESS (a) THE GOODS ARE PACKAGED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ARE IN A SALEABLE CONDITION (b) THE GOODS ARE ACCOMPANIED BY A FULLY COMPLETED RETURNS FORM WHICH MUST BE PLACED IN AN ENVELOPE AND AFFIXED TO ONE OF THE BOXES.

Export Restrictions

We will specify any export restrictions that apply on any of our products on individual product listings. Any export restrictions will also be clearly indicated at checkout.

Exclusions of Liability

Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Strictly Beds & Bunks Ltd or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.

Use of this Website from outside the UK

Strictly Beds & Bunks Ltd make no representation that any products or services referred to in the materials on this website are appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Law, Jurisdiction and Language

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with UK Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK. All contracts are concluded in English.
