SBB deliveries are handled by our own vehicles and drivers — so you’ll deal with us directly from start to finish.

Can I request or change a delivery time – No, Sorry. The routes are planned for the most economical route, someone has to be first, some has to be last.
Can I change the delivery day – Yes, however this may delay the delivery by an extra 10 working days.
Can I request to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place – Yes, email us with these instructions.
Deliveries start from 6am to ensure all deliveries are completed, you will be contacted the night before if you are the first drop.
