What is this?

You will already enjoy a standard 12 month free replacement parts service, subject to conditions. So, if a part breaks and is not a result of misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications the parts will be sent our free of charge. This policy EXTENDS this period to 36 months.

What happens if I dont buy this?

Nothing, we will not think any less of you LOL. If after 12 months you require a replacement part a charge will be made for that replacement. This warranty just gives you peace of mind.

IMPORTANT:

You need to purchase one extended warranty per item purchased, at time of checkout. Extended warranty cannot be purchased one one from the date of delivery. Example, you order 2x Bed Frames you will need 2x Policies. This warranty only covers Bunk Beds only, NOT Pine Bed Frames – see our Pine Bed frame policy.
