All our products are in stock, our painted beds take a little longer to prepare – around an extra 3 working days. Due to the weight and dimensions of our products we cannot be in every town, every day so delivery can be up to 10 working days for a standard delivery service. We do offer an express and Saturday delivery service if you are in rush delivery can be as quick as 3 working days. These options are available at checkout.

Yes, within the shopping cart you have the change to request a delivery and advise from when you will be ready to take delivery.
We offer a nationwide delivery service, but unfortunately, we can’t be in every town every day, so it’s not possible to choose an exact delivery date. Delivery days are planned to make our service as efficient as possible, and you’ll be informed in advance of your scheduled day.
We’re also unable to offer set time slots such as “before 10am” or “afternoon only”. If two customers in the same area requested opposite times, we’d struggle to complete all our deliveries — so our routes are carefully planned to keep everything running smoothly.
On the day of delivery, you’ll receive an ETA along with live tracking updates, so you can follow your driver’s progress right to your door.
We deliver using our own SSB Logistics network, supported by trusted carriers like APC and Parcelforce. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Need it fast? Our Express Delivery option aims to get your order to you within 3 working days, depending on your postcode. If available, you’ll see this option clearly displayed at checkout with the applicable charge.

📦 Saturday Delivery Options
Within some areas we can offer a Saturday delivery option, if this applies to your location this will be available within the shopping cart. If it is not shown then it will not be available. All orders for the earliest Saturday must be placed before 11am on a Thursday. If you require a later Saturady then please advise within the shopping cart instructions.
We operate a nationwide delivery network, so standard delivery can take up to 10 working days, although it’s often quicker.
Once your order is placed, we’ll confirm the exact delivery day via text or email. If your bed is painted, please allow a little extra time for preparation before dispatch.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer specific day or time slots — we simply can’t be in every town, every day. That said, if you’d like to delay delivery, you can leave us a note in the instruction box at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
No problem! Deliveries can be left in a safe place or with a neighbour — just leave a signed note with instructions. Please note that delivery is to the front door only, and for apartments, this means ground floor access.
