All our products are in stock, our painted beds take a little longer to prepare – around an extra 3 working days. Due to the weight and dimensions of our products we cannot be in every town, every day. So we offer a range of standard, express and Saturday delivery services. So if you are in rush delivery can be as quick as 3 working days.
The cost and delivery service will depend on what you order and where you live. Our shopping cart will process and advise these costs and service levels prior to checkout. You will have chance to review prior to purchase. For our standard delivery service FREE for most areas.
We deliver using our own SSB Logistics network, supported by trusted carriers like APC and Parcelforce. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Need it fast? Our Express Delivery option aims to get your order to you within 3 working days, depending on your postcode. If available, you’ll see this option clearly displayed at checkout with the applicable charge.

📦 Saturday Delivery Options
Within some areas we can offer a Saturday delivery option, if this applies to your location this will be available within the shopping cart. If it is not shown then it will not be available. All orders for the earliest Saturday must be placed before 11am on a Thursday. If you require a later Saturady then please advise within the shopping cart instructions.
We operate a nationwide delivery network, so standard delivery can take up to 10 working days, although it’s often quicker.
Once your order is placed, we’ll confirm the exact delivery day via text or email. If your bed is painted, please allow a little extra time for preparation before dispatch.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer specific day or time slots — we simply can’t be in every town, every day. That said, if you’d like to delay delivery, you can leave us a note in the instruction box at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
No problem! Deliveries can be left in a safe place or with a neighbour — just leave a signed note with instructions. Please note that delivery is to the front door only, and for apartments, this means ground floor access.
