🔄 RETURN ORDER REQUEST

As per our conditions of sale, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of goods. However, we have subsidized this service and can offer you a collection service. (note any sale running does not apply to this discounted service)

🛠️ HOW DOES IT WORK:

📋 Select the location of collection .Within the instructions, you MUST provide the order number and description of the goods to be collected, along with the delivery address if different.

📧Collection Arrangement: We will then contact you to arrange this collection.

⚠️ CONDITIONS TO THIS SERVICE:

📦 Packaging: The goods must be dismantled and re-packaged in the original boxes, ready for the driver to collect.

🕒 Collection Attempt: The charge is based on one attempt to collect, with advance notice provided. Unfortunately, you are unable to select or request a particular delivery date. However, if the date is issued and not convenient, we can re-schedule, provided you give us 48 hours’ notice.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items: We are unable to accept the return of any beds that have been adjusted, hand-painted by yourself, or had any modifications. If you return such a product, no refund would be due, and it would be your responsibility to collect it from our warehouse.

💳 Refund Process: A full refund will apply once the goods have been inspected to ensure all parts have been returned. Refunds take approximately 7 working days from the date of collection.
