Strictly Beds and Bunks Orders

If your original order was delivered to a free delivery zone, a flat £30.00 collection fee applies.

If your original delivery incurred a fee (for example, to the Highlands, Isle of Wight, etc.), then the collection charge will match the original delivery cost.

We don’t offer a free returns service, but we can arrange a subsidised collection to save you the stress of courier logistics.

*This returns policy applies only to orders placed directly on the Strictly Beds and Bunks website.

Amazon Orders

If your order was placed through Amazon, your contract is with them — not with us. They will need to authorise and process your return.

Please go to your Amazon order dashboard and request a return from there. Amazon will provide the appropriate return instructions and label.
