This page explains how APC deliveries work, what to expect, and how to track your parcel. Please read carefully — especially if you’ve ordered through Amazon.


✅ Your Tracking Number Has Been Sent

If you’ve landed here, you’ve already received your APC tracking reference by email or text.

Tracking won’t show instantly — it can take up to 48 working hours to go LIVE. That’s because your parcel needs to reach your local APC depot before it’s scanned into the system.

Once your parcel is scanned, APC will take over and contact you directly with delivery updates.

📦 What Happens Next

  • Tracking becomes live — check the link you received once APC scan the parcel
  • You’ll receive an ETA on the morning of delivery
  • APC will allow you to reschedule the delivery — only after they’ve scanned your parcel
  • All updates come via text and email from APC
  • We cannot change or update your contact details after the booking is made

So please check that we have your correct mobile number and email address — or you may not receive tracking updates from APC.
