Strictly Beds and Bunks Return Policy

We understand that you intend to make a purchase online, without seeing the product. Despite all our claims when the goods arrive you may simply not be happy with the goods. We understand this, so will accept the return. The cost of return is the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be pleased with the goods that you have purchased from Strictly Beds and Bunks.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason we will accept the goods back. We are unable to accept the return of goods, for any reason if they have been modified, stained or painted. All returns are inspected prior to any refund being issued.
The cost of returning the item will also be at the buyer's own expense. If you require, Strictly Beds and Bunks Ltd can arrange the collection of goods. A charge of £30 will apply, we will take the payment for the collection at the time of request. We will then refund you for the price of the goods in full once they have arrived and been checked.

The goods must be wrapped securely in cardboard to prevent damage. Mattresses must be in the original bag, UNUSED.  Each box should clearly be marked with your NAME and ORDER number so we know who the package is from. If the goods are unmarked no refund can be applied.  If your carrier arrives to us with the goods and they are insecurely wrapped we will refuse the delivery. If the carrier appointed by us arrives and the goods are not securely wrapped they will refuse collection.
If you think that your product has a manufacturing fault we have a FREE parts replacement portal. Please go to www.strictlyhelpdesk.co.uk. You can request your part, this will be sent via a tracked courier service
If you have changed your mind after we have dispatched your order, ie the courier has collected the items a charge of £35 will could be applied. If you refuse the delivery at the door the charge will still remain. The charge will be deducted from your refund.
