  • CAN I TRACK DELIVERY
    Yes, however please remember it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking to go LIVE depending on your area. If no tracking is showing please leave it 12 hours and go back, it will show when active. Tuffnells will email updates, If you have NOT supplied an email then it is too late to add and naturally you will not receive this notification.
  • TIMESLOTS
    Tuffnells at present do not offer these, we do not have access to any time slots. We have authorized the carrier to leave in a safe place, feel free to leave a note. This could be a shed, porch or neighbour.
  • IMPORTANT
    Tuffnels will have collected your complete order, we never part ship. On occasion, maybe due to handling not every parcel will be delivered. DONT PANIC, Tuffnells have this parcel, they will automatically delivery this the next working day. No further contact is required. However if after the end of business the following day you have not received please email us at help@strictlybedsandbunks.co.uk.
  • PARCEL DAMAGED OR MISSING? -
    If damaged, please accept. We will replace any damaged parts, details on how will be in the box. If a parcel is missing this may be down to handling. TUFFNELLS have this parcel, they will automatically delivery this the next day.

WHAT DOES SOME OF THE TRACKING MESSAGES MEAN?
  • Awaiting Collection - This means the goods have been collected but are being sent to their delivery depot.
  • Out for delivery - This means the goods have been loaded onto the delivery vehicle and are out.
  • Held at delivery depot - This means the delivery depot has the parcels but yet to allocate a delivery day.
  • Not received - This means the goods have been collected but not received by the delivery depot, please be patient. This will update soon as they do have the goods.
Unfortunately it is now too late to amend your delivery address, contact details or add delivery instructions, sorry.

IMPORTANT: Amazon Orders:
If your order has been depstached it means it was too late to cancel. Please accept the delivery, then contact Amazon to arrange an orderly return. If you refuse delivery the goods DONT go back to the Amazon, they simply sit at a carrier depot. This will affect/delay any refund as Amazon will have no proof of return.  Amazon have different warehouses to process returns, this will be marked on the returns slip they send you. Accept the delivery, then contact them for instructions.

Unfortunately Amazon does not always pass on the correct information. You may have a landline on your account, this means you will not receive a text. Amazon may not send your email address, this means you will not receive the tracking email.
