Arrived on time.No parts missing. Easy 2-person assembly. Well made and solid. Tips: read the instructions first! Check all parts are present including fixings. Get some margarine tubs to sort the fixings into. Once you are happy that you have all the wood parts and that they are in good condition, use wood dye or stain before you assemble - much neater, quicker, easier and less messy. Use a good quality varnish to finish, or wood dye may come off onto mattresses and bedding. I needed a 500ml tin of Colron dye. Believe what the instructions say regarding dowels, and screws for the ladder - the holes are purposely misaligned for greater tightness. Also, clear the holes of drill dust and shavings, especially the bolt holes. A couple of planks were a bit rough, but a lick with sandpaper sorted that out, and plan to put the prettier looking planks on the outside front and end. The whole bed is quite tall - masses of room between top and bottom bunks, but check your ceiling height before purchase, as the mattress takes up 20cm of the upper bunk headroom.
I used 3 plastic mdf furniture brackets as drawer stops, otherwise the drawers (huge) whizz under the bed. Overall totally happy.

Easy to find what was required on the website with all measurements provided. Delivery was within 24 hours of notice od dispatch to the far North East of Scotland. Very easy to assemble although 4 pieces short with an over supply by 4 of another piece. Mistakes happen and was pleased to receive the correct parts the next day and begin construction. Glad I checked the packing list first. Now constructed they look great, seem sturdy and have very little sway with the top bunk in use compared to others I have experienced. Very, very happy.
