- What if I am not in?
The driver will leave in a safe place.
- What if a parcel is damaged? -
Please accept the parcel, the packaging protects the goods so in most cases will be fine. We will replace any damaged parts, details on how will be in the box.
- HOW TO CONTACT US?
You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use our CHATLIVE. Unfortunately it is now too late to amend your delivery address, contact details or add delivery instructions, sorry.
If your order has been depstached it means it was too late to cancel. Please accept the delivery, then contact Amazon to arrange an orderly return. If you refuse delivery the goods DONT go back to the Amazon, they simply sit at a carrier depot. This will affect/delay any refund as Amazon will have no proof of return. Amazon have different warehouses to process returns, this will be marked on the returns slip they send you. Accept the delivery, then contact them for instructions.
Unfortunately Amazon does not always pass on the correct information. You may have a landline on your account, this means you will not receive a text. Amazon may not send your email address, this means you will not receive the tracking email.
